In 1980, Greg began his career in a dealership as a Service Advisor at a large Toyota dealership. Soon thereafter, he was offered a Service Manager’s Position. Later in his career he accepted a position as Service Direcctor, and Finally as Fixed Operations Director. He won many awards such as Cadillac and Pontiac Masters, and the President’s Club of Nissan. In 1998 he began consulting with MSX International and a year after that, began his own consulting business locally in the Pittsburgh area.
In January of 2006, Greg Criss began consulting with NCM Associates. Through his presentations, consulting, and 20 group moderation, he has improved fixed operations results for Dealers in net profit and consumer happiness all over the US.
In addition to helping countless dealerships, Mr. Criss has spoken before large association groups such as the Chicago Auto Trade Association, Eastern New York Car Association of Retailers (ENYCAR), and has performed dozens of weekly training workshops such as “Service Advisors Bootcamps”, “Service Manager’s Bootcamps”, and On-Site Seminars for Mega Dealers such as the Holman Group, the Ridell Auto Group and the Sunset Auto Group

Mr. Criss spoke to the AutoCPA convention in Puerto Rico (May), and spoke at the National AICPA convention in Las Vegas (October) at the Bellagio for over 600 attendees.Mr. Criss was a speaker at Digital Dealer and spoke concerning the changes in the Auto Repair and Maintenance for 2015.
